Service was prompt and courteous but took 20 minutes after service was done for them to generate an invoice for me to pay so I could leave, and that only after I asked them if they could get me an invoice to pay.

They did what was requested, however when i went in to pay they had not done a workup sheet of everything that was completed. Probably a miss on someone's end as it normally is done, however that is why they get 3 stars. One miss doesn't define a team, but if it had been a bigger repair and missed, it would be a much bigger issue.

When I scheduled the appointment they did not let me know that they would not be able to get to everything that I needed serviced. Which resulted in some things needing to be scheduled again. Good job though, always trust my vehicle there.
