The salesman (I forget his name, he was from Indonesia) contacted me in a timely manner and we arranged a showing time. He had the vehicle ready for inspection and a test drive. He didnt try to hard sell me and we parted on positive terms. I didnt purchase the vehicle mainly due its indicated gas mileage (less than 10mpg). Overall a positive experience and he did follow up a couple of days after.

Sidney followed up a few days after we stopped in to view the PT Cruiser. I asked if the detail work had been accomplished and suggested Maximum needed a "sharper pencil" for this vehicle as the price was well over KBB. We never heard back. Too bad.

Have you ever seen the childrens movie, Matilda? I should have known better, but this dealership is every bit as illegitimate as they appear. The Kelley Blue Book Guarantee means nothing. I dont even trust the CarFax guarantee they gave me. Even the detail they promised was botched twice. I fully expect my first service to reveal all sorts of hidden issues. Find a car elsewhere.
