This having been my fifth time for having service at Mountain View 153, was equally as great as the previous four. They had my vehicle lifted and service completed within forty minutes! This location is also very convenient, right off of Highway 153 and Shallowford Rd. The employees are willing to answer any questions, and help in any way. They're doing a great job!

Bought the truck. Said window was broken but they had parts on order. A year later they call and say parts are in for that window. A year!! With no hey we know its taking a while lets get it fixed sooner. No lets see what else we can do. Typical car lot. Once sold they forget all about you. Buyer beware is all I can say.

Initially when we discussed the issue at purchase, you were told that the regulator was on back order and likely would be for more than 12 months. We had no ETA nor any forewarning that the part had been shipped. Upon calling you to let you know it had come in you made us aware that you'd found a Toyota franchise dealership out west that had the part in stock and you had them install it. We have no way of returning the parts since they were special order and they will continue to sit in our parts bin. Glad you were able to finally get that rear window repaired as I'm sure that was a frustrating problem to deal with.

I had the worse experience with mt view 153.They sold me a car with the motor going out and it was like the didn't know me. I had only had the car 2 1/2 wks they didn't want to give me a loner car and charged me to get my the car serviced.I was warned from a close source that all of their vehicles have motor issues

Had to use the one downtown because of construction going on at the 153 location. Worst experience ever and would not recommend it for anyone, would rather car blow up than go back. How do I do negative stars? This wont let even let me give one star. What a joke

I was told it was going to be 31.95 but it came to 42.00 because of the make of my car. I bought my 2014 Jetta SE at Mtn. View 153 in April and the only thing they did was an oil change. They should consider taking better care of their customers and checking multiple things like Valvoline as a perk for buying from them.

Due to defective Ford engine , the engine was replaced with a new one under the extended warranty coverage policy purchased. The replacement went smooth, and I am completely satisfied !

Great Service. Had appointment. No waiting beyond what it should have taken. Found my air filter hadn't been changed when they serviced the vehicle before sale, so they changed it at no charge.
