The facility is nice and I was able to get in for an oil change same day. However, the service advisor failed to tell me of an oil change special that was going on and was just going to charge me the regular price had I not seen it online and mentioned it. Not the best way to build trust and loyalty with your customer.

Overall experience was good and quick. Although EVs don't need much servicing in initial years, I was told they've replaced Engine Air filter in EV and Cabin filter would be replaced in next service. This came as a surprise, EVs don't have engine air filter to my knowledge.

Everything was great from working with the service writer to pickup. The new facility is amazing. And being able to follow the progress of my service was pretty cool. My only gripe, and this is small is that the service counter in my car wasn't reset.

Got called at 2:59pm to pick up my car by 3 couldn't even ask questions supposed to have checked brakes and fluids in car. I don't even know if any of that is good. None of it was listed on the paperwork. I don't know what they did with the recalls because I picked up my car from not the service people.

We were encouraged to do a diagnostic for over $200 when all that was wrong with the car was that the tires were bald. Also, I don't believe anyone checked our battery because 2 weeks later our battery died. When we called to ask you to look at the car again, you said we couldn't bring it in until 1 month later at the earliest. I won't be going back.

Communication was terrible - no one told me that my car was going to be kept for three days for a recall software update and a TSB fix for the tailgate, which should have taken just one day. The phone system kept hanging up on me when I called to check (I only got one call with updates over those three days).
