Tried multiple times to make appt, blamed Ontario Auto Ranch for not having in the system. Polite in person but not friendly to keep customers. When I went in, they didn't have rental car for us even though it was for a recall. We watched them take tire off and put back on the exact spot it was removed from. They said they rotated it, when I called them on it, they went and got mechanic and then clerk guy said they were both there when rotated. Basically teamed up to call me a liar. DISAPPOINTED

It was good, the people at the front desk were good but as usual, there always has to be a hiccup, when I was checking out I was about to be charged with an oil change when I have 8/8 left on my warranty plan since we just purchased this truck from auto ranch in April. I just feel like the people who have this warranty information in their system should know. I even mentioned it at the beginning when dropping the truck off. It was just a mild stressor that could have been avoided.
