They can never seem to find the issues with the car. My car sit there for 3 days they were supposed to change the oil and didn't. This is the worst experience of buying a car. I bought two Jeeps since October of 2024 and neither one are worth the money that I've spent. I definitely don't recommend Jeep product period!!!!!

I came there for an oil change and service. I also wanted a vehicle inspection for my tags. Thats all I wanted. The manager can in like a crooked car salesman and told me I needed brakes too, if I wanted an inspection. I was sick and wanted this over so I agreed .My old breaks were just fine. I will never come there anymore. The shop does good work but don't, need your manager taking me for something I didn't need.
