She was as efficient as ever - letting me know what to expect, calling to keep me posted, responding to my questions about the recommendations. Booked appointment in advance, confirmed, drove there (an hour from my home) and was told my appointment was cancelled. They admitted that they forgot to notify me. They also charge over $300 per issue with your vehicle to assess the problem. That money is not applied to the repair. Did not let them work on my truck

I had a very negative experience with this dealership. I felt that the staff treated me disrespectfully, and the customer service both in the front office and the service department was extremely poor. I would not recommend this location based on how I was spoken to and how my concerns were handled.

Overall, a positive experience but poor communication ended up with the vehicle not being wash and vacuumed as documented upon check in. The service desk could have explained the problem, but I had to retrack my steps and question the service desk. The customer service was lacking on this visit.

I didn't have an appt and showed up to the Service Dept with a air leak in my tire. They assessed the problem on a Saturday afternoon, found it had a nail in it and repaired it all within an hour. I was so appreciative as I had a planned trip to Philadelphia the next day.

I have a lifetime maximum care warranty. Motorworld declined to perform service as they have been "burned" by Mopar for some reason. So, I was sold a warranty that I cannot use there. I understand they are trying to limit their losses but the customer is caught in the middle.
