I would highly recommend Motorworks to anyone looking for a mechanic! They have always delt fairly with myself and my wife when we have taken our vehicles there. Their communication is honest and sets the correct expectation for the customer. If the repair is completed early or is not as costly as they originally thought, Motorworks has adjusted the repair cost accordingly.

This shop is hands down the best when it comes to service. Their prices are a little more than other places, but you get what you pay for, and they always check out every squeak, bump, and rattle that I hear, even if it turns out to be nothing. Charlie is an amazing manager, and always makes sure my car is well cared for. 10/10 always recommend!

The nickle and diming here is awful as well as the added services. we spent over 4k here, they told us the car was done but they missed a bolt for our battery. it was close to close we said no problem well come back tomorrow. they charged us twenty to screw a bolt in. AFTER a 4k bill.

Great service! They remembered about my warranty and checked with them about service recommended after my inspection. They've embraced the wave of technology of the era as well, and provide online progress reports, text updates, and online estimates as well. I have liked them since moving here a couple years ago, but the service recently has gone above and beyond my expectations.

Overall service was pretty good. They were fast both times I had to bring my car there for service. I didn't feel that my concerns were listened to though, and I anticipate needing to come back for a catalytic converter and o2 sensor repair in the near future.
