Eddie!!!! Always communicates well and gets the job done! I don't know the mechanics but we are always pleased with the results. We did find much less expensive wiper blades and cabin filter that we installed ourselves...the charges for those at the dealership are outrageous and so easy to DIY!

Eddie was my S/A - kept me apprised of what was going on with my vehicle and what to do if I have any further A/C issues. When I took it to the Cadillac Dealership in Metairie, they told me they couldn't find any problem after keeping it for 5 days, yet it was blowing hot air, nor did they indicate the freon level was extremely low. I would return again to Mossy.

It wasn't much -- someone grazed my car while it was parked. I could not open my port to charge the car, so I filed a claim and was sent to Mossy. I had gotten one estimate on my own ($7K) and waited to hear from Mossy. They did a beautiful job for less than $1K. They left the exterior perfect, and for some reason ransacked the interior, tossing the contents of my car into the back seat. But other than that odd turn, I am quite pleased.
