First they thought they gave my car to the WRONG person. Then they thought it was missing. They FINALLY found our car and the service was not done. My husband was late picking up my son from school and this caused a HUGE problem for our entire family. I am extremely disappointed! Our regular serviceman was not there that day but there is NO excuse for the mix up.

Mossy Motors was extremely helpful as my son was traveling through New Orleans for a convention and our GMC 1500 was in need of an oil change prior to my son traveling back to Missouri.
