That day I have appointment for a Change oil. Then they Call me and they say they fix my AC. So my Car stock there overnight. So I waiting again to fix my AC. So around tomorrow afternoon they call me they say my already Fix. So I pick my car to shop and driving back home. I saw something to my back Seat. They forgot to putt it back all the cover of my AC!!! That's why I have Bad ezpirence to that Shop!!! Wasting my Gas wasting my Day!!

I dropped off my vehicle for a cvt transmission fluid replacement. Then I have to go back because I noticed some drops in parking space. Turns out the person never clean after performing his job Don't forget double check before hit the road. What a waste of time

Bad communication and service. The service person rushed me, didn't go over the report, didn't communicate with me during the service, didn't wash the car, and didn't tell me where they parked my car. I emailed the service manager. I will post another review after my next service.

When I got my car back all of the contents of my glove compartment, we're all over the floor under my seat. I understand they check the cabin filter, but they didn't do it carefully and didn't put all my things back. The things they did put back they just stuffed in my glove compartment. I only wanted an oil change. I didn't want anything else no checks of filters or anything especially not the cabin air filter.

They made me an appointment to fix my recall, when I got there, they said oh, we do not have the parts to fix the recall. I think they did have the parts but they decided to fix their own cars on the lot first. I was very disappointed. The only good thing was, I also had an appointment to change the oil and that was done.

This is the 2nd time I have gotten an oil change where they do not attach the engine guard it came off while I was driving to go out of town for Thanksgiving my husband called the dealership I took the car back they were unhelpful won't not provide a loaner vehicle since the car was still drivable when it was their error they had my vehicle for over 4hrs for the oil change & the service they provided was terrible

My car was ready at the time stated, as well.Waiting area seemed like it could use a remodel, and was fairly uninviting in terms of size, seating or amenities, but nothing to do with the level of services received - definitely recommend

They are fast friendly and easy to access. However they always reset me personal settings i e. Headlights ( I always keep them on auto) my driver seat adjustments. Sometimes my radio station. This time they recharged my a/c but not all the way. During our latest extreme heatwave this was a problem. Had to bring it back. I will continue to use them as that is my custom to use the dealer service department.
