From start to finish treated with great care and consideration by Pete and the Service team during this visit. Had a recall repair and oil change, then an unexpected headlamp issue and flat tire situation during the same time. Pete was quick to help mitigate these inconveniences, spotting me with a rental car during these repairs as well as helped find ways to lower costs on the services rendered. Would return!

I was reminded to make an appointment, which I did. My appointment was at 9.30 a.m. I did not get my car back until 1.30, after many phone calls. There was no additional work needed. The advisor said they were busy! Again I made an appointment. My question is of course why bother making an appointment if my car is not being serviced for hours after the time. Quite frankly, lousy service. I will say the advisor did apologize

Mossy didn't tell me the road was closed in front of their service center and it took me 15 minutes driving in area to find the back way. Then they were short technicians and I had to wait 3 hours for oil change. However the service tech was very efficient and gave me a discount for the long wait.

They bragged that they clean the truck and wash it and they just half clean it with a wet rag! The truck is black so you can easily see how they partially did it! Last time they gave me a free cleaning coupon (which I never use) but seeing this level of detail it doesn't give the feeling to even spend the time on taking it there.

I had a great experience recently at Mossy Ford. Andrew was my point of contact, and I felt that he had a real investment in getting to the root of the problem with my vehicle. He heard me out on what had been happening, asked thoughtful questions, and gave me thorough information whenever he had updates on what tests had been performed and what they'd found. I would highly recommend coming here to friends or family.

Requested that recalls be taken care of as the primary goal but was informed that Ford is backed up for parts and recall fixes can't be performed. This should have been shown or detailed prior to the appointment. Overall, service that was actually performed was great, valet service was very helpful and easy.

Mossy Ford sold me a new Explorer Active SUV and converted the interior to leather. The work was impeccable, the agents superb, and the cost reasonable. They also spotted a few unrelated defects and fixed them immediately. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I cancelled the oil change because the price was more than double what I could easily obtain. It took 6 days of me without a car just to Diagnose the problem I was having. Who knows how long the recommended repair would have taken. Because of that, and especially because the recommended repair was a crazy high price for a very simple action, I just took my car back, after paying for the estimate. The service desk men were polite.
