They are very competent. They realize that cars are not My Thing and do not treat me like a lesser being because of this. They also inspire trust! In a car-repair shop! They are a wonderful addition to my life and I might even decide to keep the car because of them.

Charged me $180 to perform tests they were specifically told weren't needed. Then quoted me $1800 to replace the part their own testing had just proven to work (due to cosmetic damage). Then refused to do the actual work they had been hired for, claiming they had no idea how to service the compressor clutch despite being "master technicians".

I took my car in for service, after having used the dealer for 5 years, and Moss Bay was great. They took good care of my car and told me it was in great shape. How nice not to have someone try to up sell me. I do and will recommend them and will definitely return.
