my salesman went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted at a price I wanted.I am not sure I would have had the patients he had to deal with me.Its one of the few times at a dealership I have felt not cheated and was treated with respect.The salesman Nathan Withrow is a credit to your dealership.He never gave up.

Pretty good service department generally, just did not have confidence in the recommended fix this time for a small oil leak. Was quoted over $800 to fix. (However, at the end of a prior visit, I was estimated at $100 to fix.) I elected not to have the fix at $800+.

Rick went and beyond to make sure that I got the service that I requested at the price I was quoted . The dealership had the wrong part initially and I had a 2 Hour Drive so Rick gave me a loaner and made sure my car was serviced first thing the next morning and even had one of his drivers bring my vehicle back to me and pick up the loaner! You can't beat this kind of service! Rick was wonderful to work with, and the dealership had nice amenities in the waiting area, including coffee, hot chocolate, TVs, free Wi-Fi, was very clean and quiet and roomy. Rick Even took $100 off of my bill for the inconvenience! I had a wonderful first experience at Moses Nissan and Rick was exceptional. I will be a repeat customer and will definitely purchase my next Nissan from them!
