Even though Moses BMW didn't have a compatible tire in stock, Trey pursued every possible option and finally located one, getting us back on the road in a few hours when we could have been stranded for days due to holiday shipping backlogs. He kept me fully informed through every step in the process. Every aspect of our experience was exceptional.

They had my car for two weeks. They said they cleared the code, but they never fixed the problem that cause the code. I also told them that my car had a miss like a hesitation when you accelerate they told me they drove it and I did not have problems. As soon as I picked it up and left the shop it still had the hesitation and missing. My second trip down the road the check engine light come back on.

They will email me and when I respond I never hear back. Then someone else from the dealership will email and ask if I have any questions, which I respond to, but never hear again. Even sent an offer for the truck and still nothing.

Very slow completing the recall work. Also, it was noted that they had checked my tires and the air pressure. When I got half way home,the tire pressure warning light came on and showed three of the four tires were low and the 4th tire was overinflated. They charged $130 for a 5-minute diagnostic and it wound up costing me $330 to replace a $71 purge valve. With all that being said, everyone was friendly an curteous.

Once the issues with a tire order through the BMW tire center were resolved and learning that on-line service appointment scheduling does not work at this dealer. My first time service experience at this BMW dealer was very good. Service Adviser was friendly and helpful.

They replaced the airbags due to a recall but would not reset the light. The light keeps my sons car from being inspected so he can't work. I was told to put it back in but we can't afford to allow them to "analyze" it. The airbags should be good so we don't understand the problem of resetting

Intermittent problem with backup camera. Dealer could not get it to not work. Component failing, will have to wait for it to completely fail in order to effect repair. No complaint with service........too much failure prone electronics on today's cars.

My car was not aligned as originally requested following a repair. However, Jon Caleb took immediate action and discovered the reason. Parts ordered to allow the car to be aligned. He offered to pick the vehicle up as I had to work. Great work and way to go!

Car is extremely difficult to jack up, limited options to place jackstands. I refuse to crawl under a vehicle that is only supported by a floor jack. Therefore, sadly, the dealer changes the oil. They always do an adequate job. Did have to clean greasy fingerprints off the hood and door.

Moses did a great job replacing my quarter panel and buffing my driver side door as well as removing the dents in the driver side back door along with the paint job of the back door and handle. Moses also has great customer service which attended to all of my needs. They were willing to answer any question I had through text and by phone. I was also able to pick up my car after their work hours with no problem.
