The customer service, is always wonderful. At this appointment, I was to have the windshield pillars replaced because of a FORD recall. I received notice of this recall almost 2 years ago, and finally parts were in. I set up an appointment to have the recall taken care of, to find out one of the pillars is broken and will have to be re-ordered! UGH! FORD, needs to get it together! If this is a safety recall issue, which I believe it is, WHY does it take so long for replacement parts to be received?!? My time, is important!
