GREAT customer care advisor (Wes). Vehicle was checked in and out as promised. Had battery replaced. Service advisor explaind battery's warranty and how it should preform (cranking amps). Projected cost was "spot on"! Will be returning to dealership and asking for same service advisor as he "convincingly cares". Couldn't ask for better treatment.

I liked the shuttle driver! Very nice man. I did not like the fact that my tires were not rotated as requested. I had a complete brake overhaul and an alignment. I asked for the rotation and for whatever reason did not get done. I was told that "it didn't need it." It has been a long time since they were last rotated.

I bought the car on 9/23/23, and the person who did the inspection missed a bad timing chain. I called at 7:45am due to the car making a more pronounced noise than before and they had me come in at 9am. They provided me a loaner car and had everything in my car changed and ready to go by 3pm the same day. It was super fast for what needed to be changed.
