She was a true gem and her positive energy was contagious. She was the best part of my experience. I have to share that I really appreciated the video from the service department before check-out. My battery died; I got a jump start, drove straight to Morrie's and they were able to service it immediately! Turned out to be a problem under extended warranty, so they fixed the problem and put in a new batteryall at no charge. Very helpful, efficient and professional.

Advisor was clear about services requested and problems found. We had a good discussion of alternatives and developed a plan for repairs. I was impressed that the noise I had been hearing was investigated and the technicians couldn't find it. That speaks well of their integrity. All in all it was a very good service and the car handles like brand-new after the repairs. Great job!

As always, everyone I had dealings with was so pleasant and friendly. Glad they caught the fact that my rear light was out. My only minor problem is that everytime I bring my car in for service, I tell them I will be waiting upstairs for the work to be done and give them my cell phone...yet they always call my husband and then he calls me.

Vehicle needed rear brake pads and rooters replaced at just shy of 28,000 miles of normal driving; pads were metal on metal. Definitely unexpected. Only negative observation was e-brake was not holding after the work. Had to go back to the shop the following day to have it reset. Only took an hour to complete. Overall happy with the job, just wish it was not needed given the low mileage.

I went in to have a temperature control valve replaced for my '22 Outback. Although the people Morrie's were busy with other tasks, they were communicative that my vehicle would be taken care of later than expected. The initial issue as been resolved, as well as a recommended tire alignment.

I like to see the PSI in the tires. My details were blank on my performance picture.The whole passenger side of my vehicle was not checked off. No updates as to oh this or oh that as far as anything to be aware of. I love details of my car so I can watch for. But it was fast and convenient that I was in and out with a rental and back on track in 24 hours!

Doug Evans welcomed me in, listened to what I wanted done, and followed my car's progress. Explained to me why one of the services I asked for wasn't necessary at this time. Did a great job. I questioned a recommendation for new tires when I only have 24000 miles on the car. No one has ever suggested that to me until I had at least 50000 miles and at 80 years old I have had a lot of cars. Obviously, I didn't get new tires.

Brought Crosstrek in because it was making a thud after starting it. The Tech at Morrie's diagnosed the issue and found a walnut that was wedged in between the starter and cross member. The checked all the levels and tread depth and washed it, all in about 2 hours. Quite impressive!
