I needed an oil change and tire rotation. Everything went smooth from the time I drove in to the service area and exited when the job was done. Very friendly service at check in and friendly service advisor informing of the work being done and suggestions on other work. All this done on timely matter while I waited.

Kareem provided excellent service and went above and beyond. He made sure to greet me right away when I arrived and clearly communicated what services would be needed. He even took the time to show me what he was seeing and gave good recommendations. Overall a great experience! I would buy a car from Kareem.

Service here is not what it used to be and what I had become accustomed to and expect. I had an appointment for 2:30 p.m for a fuse recall. I don't understand why it took more than two hours to replace a fuse. I purchased my car from this dealership 11 years ago and have taken it there for nearly all of my service. Service is so lacking; it's a hit and miss. They should able to do better.

I scheduled an appointment to repair an item on a recall. I drove to the dealership and checked in with the service agent. They took my car and shortly came and told me they didn't have the parts. I drove 35 miles each way to make the appointment. Very disappointed. Also, they had no idea as to when they would receive the needed parts.
