Jenna was incredible. Not knowing much about my car, Jenna was able to recommend the best tires for the car and was very transparent about things. I felt like I was being taken care of vs taken advantage of as I sometimes feel at other car shops. Grateful for her service!

Didn't like- This isn't the only shop from which I could have bought tires . For convenience sake, I did, though. When I picked up my car, I was told that my tire purchase didn't include free rotations. Completely the opposite of all my other choices. When I bought the Kona, the salesman gave us a few years of free rotations. Why can't the service center do the same?

They tested my battery and said it was bad and needed replacement. It is one month old. I took it back to place of purchase and they checked battery and alternated and they checked out to exactly where they should be. I will check recommend with reservations

$112 for a "semi-synthetic" oil change, no upfront pricing, the guy that got in my car to pull car around the corner moved the seat/mirrors/steering wheel (even though we were the same height). 90 minute wait even though I had an appointment. Will not be coming back here.

I made an appointment for an oil change. They inflated my tires to the correct pressure amount. My "low tire pressure" light on the dashboard had disappeared. The service advisor, Eric connected my iPhone to Car Play to access GPS. My work order was completed faster than the promised time. I left very happy and thankful.

I came in because my check engine light came on. I told that that I was from out of town and that I was supposed to be heading home that day. They had my car fixed and ready to go by the end of the day. I was on the road and I made it home by the end of the night. I appreciated that they came through when I needed them.

Very friendly service at check in and friendly service advisor informing of the work being done and suggestions on other work. All this done on timely matter while I waited.
