There were straw wrappers in the passenger side of vehicle when we picked car up. husband did not see them when he drove off. I saw them as soon as I stepped into car and pulled seatbelt over me. The wrappers were in the space over armrest on door. Actually no harm done, just thought it was very inconsiderate of the person that detailed the car. Karen Glenn

My 2 service guys and the young porter guy were awesome. They always informed me on what was being done or needed to done to my vehicle. I appreciated that so much. I was given a car to drive while the repairs were being done with no problem. Having an extended warranty paid off. I would suggest changing the dealership name to Awesome Moritz Kia. Excellent Job.. Replaced Front Passenger wheel bearing on same day as drop off since not rental was provided so needed car back later that day, since it was still under warranty... But noted they washed and detailed it.. and they did not, they returned the vehicle dirty and did not clean it...
