I didn't get the service done because they said it wasn't enough workers and I could leave it and it would be five day before they can look at it. I said no and I would call ba5in five days and see if they could get to it.I would have to rent a car and wouldn't know how long it will take them to look at and fix the problem.

Customer service was good,but I had a coupon that the cashier would not accept, stating it was not good and I was charged 123 dollars for a oil change that I had a 89.99 coupon for. She stated "I don't know why they even send them out" so if you are not going to accept the coupons you should let the customer know, I was quite taken aback when she told me this.

I didn't like how I felt mislead by the warranty information in compared to the finance paperwork. I didn't like how long everything took, I was told I may be able to have the car by Monday only to be told Thursday. I ordered a car online and had it actually here by Thursday and didn't get run around by a car salesman.

My 2024 GMC 2500hd Denali diesel with 9000 miles broke down in the middle of the road and left me stranded. I had my truck towed to Morgan GMC because that is where I bought it. My truck sat untouched for over a week. About 9 days. To me that is not acceptable.

The service was good, and done in a reasonable amount of time. However, we had to take the car back to the shop so transmission fluid could be added because It was jerking around while being driven. It seems like there should have been a way to check it after the fluid change so it wouldn't have to have been necessary to bring it back.

First the customer service interaction was very poor. Not a welcoming atmosphere. Upon picking car up the main screen was not working but prior to bringing vehicle everything was fine. Service tech stated, " things break , do you have ext warranty " He didnt show any signs of concern and stated they didnt do anything with the screen. Now fast forward to the day after my car begins to read hot and things flashing on screen. Lift the hood and there is minimal coolant in the container which shows there was nothing replaced or filled. With the screen I YouTube and reset and now its working . Horrible experience will never return to this service department
