Worst shop ever. I was there four hours on a Saturday. For four new tires and a alignment. Guy working front desk said about one hour and fifteen minutes. After four hours they told me that the kid trying to do my alignment wasn't qualified and I'd have to come back Monday. Like I have nothing to do everyday. That's why I was there Saturday. The guy working the front deck was gone a i got some rude pig that wanted to act like she was more upset than me to be there four hours. Horrible service and a bunch of dummies that will tell you anything to sell you over priced tires. I went back out of desperation because two years ago I took my 3/4 ton truck in for an alignment they broke of bolts and told my they didn't have the tools to do it and sent me down the road. Thought that was weird until the next shop told me what happened and I got charged extra for the bolts they broke off to be extracted. My fault for going back to these idiots stay away. FTO is three blocks from them. Much better prices and service. Don't go to Moore tire you will regret it
