I would recommend this shop as long as they are able to perform "The Works" service in an about an hour like my last visit. In the past, it has taken much longer. Maybe because short on service workers or later time of scheduled appt and a backup. The young man, Conin, who was new to me, seemed very conscientious and wanting to please.

I noticed some uneven tire wear and just as I expected, I needed to have an alignment. I also had a door lock that had quit responding to the electrical switch and I could only lock and unlock the door manually. Montgomery Ford found the problem and repaired it for me. As usual nothing but GREAT service from Montgomery Ford's service department.

Alicia was very knowledgeable and patient. My 2008 F450 had developed a coolant leak. I was traveling, nearly 400 miles from home, and she took her time, as if I was the only customer she had. I was expecting a bill of nearly $1500. But the technician, Brandon, thoroughly examined my truck and found a hose clamp that needed attention. I am so thankful that this wonderful dealership took the time to troubleshoot properly

I sent a text and the person said they would let me know when I asked for information and that's the last I heard from anyone and that was two weeks ago! I bought a vehicle from another dealership. This is the second failed attempt to buy a vehicle from Montgomery Motors in a month.

I enjoyed talking to Matt and Ed. They were both kind, considerate and helpful. I did have 2nd thoughts after I bought the vehicle bc I was on my way home and tire sensor went out and I had to turn around and go back . Matt met me at the door and sit with me the whole hour as they checked out the car and they replaced the sensor. I love the vehicle and it proved to have great personal services.

I like everything about Montgomery Motors. The People first and foremost. They make you feel that you are a valued customer. They are all friendly and helpful. Most of all they don't try to sell you something you don't want or need. If something is discovered that needs to be replaced or repaired, they inform you and let you make the decision. Not like some dealerships and other service centers.

I went in thinking, based on another dealer's evaluation, that my brake pads needed replacing and the rotors needed to be turned. I was expecting to spend somewhere upwards of $1,000 for the repair. As it turned out, my brakes were fine and the front pan had come loose. Cost to repair plus state inspection: $80.00. Nice to have an honest repair shop within 60 miles of my home.

I am very satisfied with Michelin Tires and Montogomery Ford Lincoln of Troy, NC had the lowest price per tire that I could find. The service department makes me feel that I am a very valued customer and they keep my Ford vehicles running great.
