I've always like having them do my maintenance but yesterday they asked if I wanted an oil flush because I went a long time in-between oil changes. I asked how much and it would be $100. I told them I go by Fords oil change recommendation of 7500 - 10000 miles. Plus Ford does not recommend having an I oil flush. Obviously I didn't get one. PS: I have a 2016 F150 Lariat.

Got a flat tire on my way to work, Thursday 9-19. Called roadside service to pick up my car and take my car to Monteith on Cassopolis. The team were awesome. Not only did my right rear tire have something in it so did my left rear. They fixed both tires, and completed an oil change as I had one scheduled for the next day. Many many thanks to Brandi and the team for getting me in and out on short notice.

My wife had a flat tire and took her car to Monteith's expecting to pay for a repair since we bought her car in 2020 and have not needed to purchase any tires. She said they did not charge her, only had to wait a short period of time, and were very nice! We will definitely bring our both our cars here to get serviced.

After making an appointment online and arriving at the designated time, the service tech immediately took my car in for service, and 1/2 hour later was paying the bill, as advertised with no upsell attempts like at the dealership. I will return for future service.

Monteith will always be my go to for auto repair. They are efficient and reliable. They stand behind their work as well. When the new alternator went out 2 weeks later, they replaced it and did the work free of charge. Monteith and the crew on cassopolis is amazing.
