Not to happy as i had to pay for the first oil change, I didn't get all the services advertised. Like tire rotate. I did get a new battery on warranty though. Also there was oil all under the bottom of the car, so there must be some kind of a protective plate underneath that got oil all over. Four days for the oil to finally quit dropping.

Day and a half to have front brake pads replaced & rotors turned. Complimentary maint check not completed- no fluid in radiator reservoir (makes me wonder what else wasn't done properly!? Incompetent service dept, repeatedly falls short of promises. I need to quit them.

Was scheduled to have shifter recall service performed at same time as airbag recall. They assured me they had part in stock. When car was done, they informed me they did not have shifter part and service was not performed. Another visit would be necessary. Part should have been reserved. Very poor coordination management.

Montano Acura has hands-down the best service department I've ever experienced and I've been to Lexus, Nissan, Honda, Toyota, and Volkswagen. They're above them all. The service staff is exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and they never pressure you when recommending maintenance or repairs. It's rare to find a dealership that makes you feel genuinely valued as a customer, but Montano Acura does exactly that every time.
