Drips of black sludge was from a bushing which Monsoon doesn't repair for my make of car so referred to dealership and name of the agent to deal with. My back brakes were near repair which were updated. Monsoon is always caring efficient and up front.

We are absolutely thrilled to know we have a dependable, honest mechanic close to our home! They did tell me of a few things my older vehicle needed (in addition to the reason I brought my vehicle there) but they NEVER tried to upsell me. They did a fantastic job and even stayed a little after 5:00pm so I could get there. They were polite and explained everything in awesome detail!

My wife has a 2004 Mercedes and Mercedes told us the vacuum pump was failing, leaking oil and has to be replaced. But, MB doesn't make the pump anymore so go find one and have it replaced. We pay them big bucks for this service. I had Monsoon Automotive in Tucson AZ recommended to me by another repair shop. They went to work, found an new original pump and installed it within days. These guys are great!
