Left the dealership later that afternoon with a deal. Sales consultant, Joseph, was very knowledgeable and provided details over and above what was expected! I dropped my car off the night before and the next day when they were working on it, I got an email of a video of the inspection - that was awesome since I wasn't there in person (not that I've ever watched them work on my car anyway) and I really liked that. Everything was explained to me on phone calls and then I picked her up with her new tires and everything done.

Took it for a recall and inspection, they told me I needed front brakes to pass inspection. I left and brought it to my usual shop for the brake work and to complete the inspection to be told that I in fact did NOT need front brakes! Very disappointed in the dealer.

Over scheduled and always have to wait 4 hours while other customers are taken before me. The service rep makes excuses and offers a discount , then it's $10. Never a good experience at this dealerships service department. Sad because my sales person was awesome . I'm very disappointed should be less than one star.

Service was good. However, $185.00 in labor to fix a latch for the trunk is ridiculous. I am a senior citizen with a fixed income. In the future I may have to consider alternative auto shops for repairs. Also had my car for inspectionendNovember and serviced in December. Requested car wash, however, had an excuse why they couldn't do it at that time.

I completely understand your concern regarding the labor cost, especially on a fixed income. Labor pricing is based on manufacturer set labor times, technician training, diagnostic requirements, and the specialized tools needed to properly and safely complete the repair. Even what seems like a simple latch repair can involve trim removal, adjustments, and testing to ensure it functions correctly and doesn't create future issues. That said, I understand how frustrating it can feel when the cost doesn't match what you expected, and your feedback is fair. As for the car wash, at times our wash may be temporarily unavailable due to equipment issues or weather related limitations, but that should always be communicated clearly and we should still strive to deliver the best overall experience regardless. Please know we truly value you as a customer, and your comments help us identify areas where we can do better. If you'd like, I'd be more than happy to review your visit further or discuss options moving forward. Our goal is always to earn your trust and keep your business.
