I'll Never have my car towed there again.. because I had No appointment there, the company communication was terrible, in the in the cashiers totally didn't know what she was talking about, and didn't apologize to me when she was proven wrong! Will not go there or refer anyone to go there

Service (recall for ABs)was good and done quickly. No complaints about the service department at all. However the parking lot area is in need of some attention. Dumpsters overflowing and the one Peking spot actually had an old oil filter in it. Not a great look. But again. My service was great.

Had a free oil change remaining. Apparently, I forfeited any notable follow-up by the service department because I didn't spend any money. No other fluid checks or safety checks performed. Appointment was for early in the day and my vehicle was the last to be serviced. Very different than from when I purchased at this same dealership.

Was in for an oil change and tire rotation. Met my new service writer, Chris. I had worked with my previous service writer for the past few years. CHRIS continued with the amazing customer service I have become accustomed to. I felt valued as a customer. You can't say that in many places these days.

Good experience. Road over a nail on a road trip. Resulted in a slow leak. Went right in and they plugged it within an hour. Very friendly service. My one gripe was that the service tech did not put the valve cap back on the rim. Told the service advisor and he took care of it.

Awful, the advisor claims we need $6500 worth of work to pass inspection, the car has 60k miles on it. They also refused to give us the estimate. Will never go back and will be sure to tell my whole network to stay away from them, they are crooks. The advisor was new and reading from a script on the phone, it was hysterical.

The dealership had no intention of giving my car any car at all. They just wanted to sell me a new transmission for 8k before they even looked at the car. I recommend staying far away from this dealership if you want honest people working on your vehicle. Such a shame that you cant get quality service at a dealership that produced the vehicle.

My issue with my fan/blower turned out to be a simple fuse so far, but the shop checked out the entire system to be sure. The other services were quick and efficient. tHE WAIT TIME WAS WITHIN REASON, AND THE WAITING ROOM AND COFFEE MACHINE WAS GREAT.

There are very few places I trust with my Jeep, Monroeville Dodge is one of them. They always repair my vehicle correctly the first time and my service advisor answers all my questions. The technician explains what the problem is and informs me of what needs done. Both the technician and service advisor are best ones I have had the pleasure of dealing with.

I had the tires rotated, that was fine. I also let them know I had an issue with a sensor in my tire, or tire pressure that keeps dropping in my right rear tire. I still have the same issue, its now in the right front tire. The car is also shaking when I break, as if its a rotor issue. Im taking it back to have more service.

Slow service there and not enough communication. Was there for a state inspection and tranny fluid flush and a recall. Was told I could stay and wait, would be a hour and half job. 5hr later and car finally gets done at closing time. Would have never stayed and waited there if this was known prior. My advice, don't stay and wait.

My car sat here for 17 days after dying while I was driving. It took 8 days just for it to get into the shop. No body ever called me from dodge, I had to call every single time. Was never offered a rental or anything. Have to go back in 1000 miles because theres most likely going to be a bigger issue and they just want to beat around it. Terrible customer service and a rip off

Monroeville Dodge service department was very good. I had an inspection, oil change and problems with my navigation system. They had me in and out within 2 hours. And they found the issue with my navigation system, which they are replacing at no cost to me.
