The reason I had to use this shop was dumb. There was updates sent out and my truck didn't take it which stranded me in Pittsburg. Kathy, was an absolute angel. After the tow truck failed to show up in a reasonable amount of time, she arranged enterprise to pick me up and really saved the day. I can not thank Kathy enough for everything she did that day. I'll Never have my car towed there again.. because I had No appointment there, the company communication was terrible, in the in the cashiers totally didn't know what she was talking about, and didn't apologize to me when she was proven wrong! Will not go there or refer anyone to go there

Service (recall for ABs)was good and done quickly. No complaints about the service department at all. However the parking lot area is in need of some attention. Dumpsters overflowing and the one Peking spot actually had an old oil filter in it. Not a great look. But again. My service was great.

Had a free oil change remaining. Apparently, I forfeited any notable follow-up by the service department because I didn't spend any money. No other fluid checks or safety checks performed. Appointment was for early in the day and my vehicle was the last to be serviced. Very different than from when I purchased at this same dealership.

Was in for an oil change and tire rotation. Met my new service writer, Chris. I had worked with my previous service writer for the past few years. CHRIS continued with the amazing customer service I have become accustomed to. I felt valued as a customer. You can't say that in many places these days.

Good experience. Road over a nail on a road trip. Resulted in a slow leak. Went right in and they plugged it within an hour. Very friendly service. My one gripe was that the service tech did not put the valve cap back on the rim. Told the service advisor and he took care of it.

Awful, the advisor claims we need $6500 worth of work to pass inspection, the car has 60k miles on it. They also refused to give us the estimate. Will never go back and will be sure to tell my whole network to stay away from them, they are crooks. The advisor was new and reading from a script on the phone, it was hysterical.

The dealership had no intention of giving my car any car at all. They just wanted to sell me a new transmission for 8k before they even looked at the car. I recommend staying far away from this dealership if you want honest people working on your vehicle. Such a shame that you cant get quality service at a dealership that produced the vehicle.

My issue with my fan/blower turned out to be a simple fuse so far, but the shop checked out the entire system to be sure. The other services were quick and efficient. tHE WAIT TIME WAS WITHIN REASON, AND THE WAITING ROOM AND COFFEE MACHINE WAS GREAT.
