I stopped here after noticing a rattling sound under my car on the way to the White Mountains. The team was so kind and squeezed me into their busy Saturday morning schedule. Thankfully, it was a quick fix, just my metal plate shield that needed to be repositioned and screwed back in. In less than 30 minutes, they had me safely back on the road and able to enjoy my hike. I'm very grateful for their generosity and highly recommend them!

Guy who runs the place the past several years (David) is very impersonal and not pleasant to deal with. Most recently they failed state inspection on my rear brakes on my truck. Wanted to charge 700$ to replace. Luckily I have been working on cars for 20 years and can do it myself.. When I pulled the wheels off i found nothing wrong with the brakes. The pads had 70% life left. The rotors has normal rust from New England winters.. I replaced them anyway because I was already there and already purchased the parts (under 200$).. When i went to get it re inspected I made an appointment for 12:30 was confirmed by the owner. I showed up and the inspection guy was out to lunch.. Not even a shred of an apology from the owner, just blamed the call center, even though he called me separately, I know it was him and I know his voice but he preferred to place blame on others and basically tell me tough cookies that I now have to wait extra.. Also had issues with them programming my wheel TPMS sensors.. They failed my BMW also for emissions. The car runs perfect no CEL. They couldn't even explain why it failed or what would need to be fixed. Mind you I take great care of all my vehicles and keep up on all maintenance... Needless to say this is the last time I go there..

Extremely poor. The employee was rude to start. Seemed put out that I was there for an oil change despite the fact I had scheduled it online 10 hours prior. Then they put the wrong filter in, and plug. ALL oil leaked out. I had zero oil in my car for a week. My oil light came on. Had to spend an additional $80 to have it remedied. When I called they denied me ever being there, stating they had no record of my visit, despite me having the paperwork and the sticker on my windshield.
