Service was great but the online scheduling service needs to be fixed. The website allowed me to make a 7:30 am appointment (wait with car). So I get there at 7:20 and then I'm told that they don't have a technician until 8:30 am. So, now I'm waiting for over an hour just until they can take my car in!!

Great experience when actually got service done. But called in to get service, they scheduled and then went there and they didnt have tech on site because didnt know about appointment. So had to reschedule another date, thats annoying their call center doesnt work with the actual branches.

Rate them a zero and would not recommend anyone to go to them. They failed my inspection stating my tires were bad and they were newer tires and treads were still good. Very unprofessional.

Good: Did what they were scheduled to do at the agreed price.
Bad: Had 8:00 am appointment which I arrive 15 minutes early for, only the manager was there. First mechanic strolled in at 8:15 and began work 10 minutes early later.
A plethora of 'needed soon' but not urgent 'problems' found estimated at $1800. I laughed, paid and left.

The alignment that I was given caused major issues with car. It caused transmission codes to be pulling and in the end I needed a new set of tires and alignment at the Ford dealership after Monroe serviced by car.
