My scheduled maintenance was performed in a timely fashion at an acceptable price. However, I will have my front and rear brakes taken care of at another shop as the price quoted at Monaco was nearly $1,700. I can have the brakes, pads and rotors installed for $950 at a reputable shop near my home.

The F250 has 2 grease fittings. One on each front axle u joint. The tech did not grease them last time or again this time. The works includes tire rotation they never rotated the tires. I know because the front wheels were black from brake dust as they always are.

We had the torque converter replaced 3 months ago. It only lasted that amount of time. The warranty was supposed to cover 6 months but they refused to honor another replacement (or perform the original repair correctly). Instead they charged us for a pricey repair of something else unrelated to the real problem.

The TCU (telematics control unit, one of multiple computers) had failed, preventing the FordPass app from communicating with the truck. Covered under extended warranty with $100 plus tax deductible. Had to re-pair the phone, NBD. The unique valet service worked well.

Feels like the service department is looking for any way possible to inflate your bill. Brought my car in for an oil change that turned into an almost $8000 estimate. Outside of new brakes the dealer couldn't really explain what the other work was. Looking at the estimate most of the cost of the parts was 2-3 times more expensive then buying the same OEM parts online

This visit required some more serious attention at 120,000 miles but the vehicle is running great and I'm hoping to squeeze out 200,000 miles just like I did with my old Ford Taurus.
