Momentum did a great job. The service was completed on time and the price was fair. I would definitely recommend Momentum. I didn't like having to bring my vehicle back because coolant was not refilled after a service for engine coolant flush. Howerer, the service tech ID and Edgar Cruz throughly explained the possible causes for the coolant not being fully refilled. They also took the extra step to assure customer satisfaction.

Everything was great. My advisor Mario showed me what the issues were with my car and the cost of fixing it. I was given a loaner car and amazingly the amount of work that had to be done was completed in a couple days. It was washed and clean when I picked it up.

These people are crooks, my car was there for over 2 months with insurance paying for everything and they didn't do a single thing to fix my car. I'd avoid this place at all cost, literally go anywhere else. They tried to finesse the insurance company and gave me an insanely incredible inconvenience. Screw Momentum.

I liked the personal attention to details and compassion.
Clarity or a "vehicle service tracking" style feature on the bmw app would be nice to know which hands/shop/ service step is being performed like they did when I customized and ordered my bmw from the factory would be nice to implement on the service side.

I like this dealership and people working there, however, on my last visit they had an extra layer of host as you drive in for service. Her role is redundant, since I made prior reservation, confirmed it and they still asked me for my name, address, phone number, etc.

I had issues with service time, communication and the shuttle service. Additionally, I was sent false information of a vehicle issues that I "denied service" when in fact there was no issue and I did not deny service. After reporting all issues multiple times, I have not received any communication from management or a solution to the issues for future service.

The service advisor tried to sell my wife an inspection for $250. This 19 point inspection is normally free. The follow-up message from BMW said I declined to fix a coolant leak, which is inaccurate, I didn't have a coolant leak. The service paperweight says that a recall was fixed, but I continue to receive messages stating that I need to fix this recall issue.

I liked winning the oil service plan and not having to pay for that service. Also the car looked good when it was finished. My wife and I took both of our BMWs in for service at the same time so both of us waited quite a while.
I like to use Momentum because this shop correctly diagnosed and repaired a rear suspension issue under warranty on this car that othe BMW dealers and private shops could not solve.

The advisor asked me to do a coolant flush when my car is only 2 years old and 9000 miles. I am sure there is no leak or overheating at all. She charged me $300 for coolant flush which is unnecessary at all. It is an over-service and a dealer upsell. I am very unpleasant about it.

This service experience was pleasant. As I waited, I was able to access free wi-fi, have snacks, water and coffee and comfortable seating. I was able to keep my 1yr old daughter entertained as I worked on some homework. My fluids were topped off, tank filled and my next service scheduled. I certainly recommend this service shop!

BMW Roadside Assistance took three days to address my urgent request for fixing a flat tire on their most luxurious and prestigious model, the 750e series. While I felt proud to be a BMW car owner, it seems they don't prioritize customer feelings.
As BMW aims to compete in the luxury segment with brands like Rolls-Royce and Bentley, it appears they haven't adequately trained their dealers to serve premium customers.

This was the first time I have had to get service on my BMW X3 and Momentum and Robert who handled my car made it an easy service with no issues. As a woman you are always worried that service for a car can be tricky but I didn't feel like that here. When they found something g wrong g they did a video and sent it to me to show the problem and asked me to reply back if it was okay for them to fix it. That is remarkable service to me.
