Displayed understanding of the inconvenience of customer being without vehicle but provided reasonable expectation regarding vehicle readiness. Ensured the customer had the option of courtesy transportation to get home and back to the center. Vehicle was serviced well and timely (it was super busy upon my visit!). Received message in car that the emissions testing needed to be completed.
When I arrived at the dealership, I was informed that my emissions testing wasn't due until September.
Basically, I just went to BMW for a glorified carwash 30 minutes from my home.

Too much upsell on items (5 separate items!) that aren't required by the CBS, aren't needed given the age and mileage of the car - pure upsell for nonsense. Warranty claim on broken part was denied with no explanation. First service outside of the factory-provided service so I was expecting some shenanigans, but nothing this blatant.

Went in for a tire change, which took 4 days, as soon as I got the car back, my first drive brought up drivetrain, four-wheel drive system malfunctions and the car goes into limp mode.
Now they're telling me I have to pay for a 1500 service after the car was with them for 4 days.

I liked the service member. He was cool. I liked the notifications updates while your vehicle is being serviced out your cell phone. The service took longer than expected and no loaner car was available for me and I had to wait almost an hour for shuttle service

Dealer refused to send out the door price. Texted me the total price in a unprofessional text message. When I asked for the breakdown on dealer letter head I was told what difference it make if I am agreeing to pay the text message price. I said Noone buys a car without seeing the numbers. They refused to send the breakdown and I never heard from them again.

I always know he has my best interests in mind and helps me make logical and correct maintenance decisions on my 2009 BMW 328i that I purchased new at Momentum.
