I paid $200 for car inspection, and they did not inspect.
Inspection report said my car was all green! (good)... First thing I check is cabin filter and it hasn't been changed in 10+years! what type of inspection is this ? rip off. Lost my Trust! hard to find reliable mechanics. Had a better feeling with Toyota in Stockton.. I dont Know..

Mr. Mike Wilson is the only person to whom I trust my Toyotas. He makes sure that my vehicles receive the services needed, in my best interest/safety, not sell me what will profit the company.
I would also like to use this opportunity to mention that CarFax is not a reliable source of vehicle history as their histories of my two vehicles are not correct, giving the impression that I do not service them in a timely manner.

I liked the fact that the auto mechanics covered everything. My only concern was the documentation stated my air filter and cabin filter was getting dirty. passed experience with other dealers showed me the filters and gave me the choice to have them changed out at the time of service.

Maintenance services was quick, but my complaint is my air and cabin filters were dirty. No call to asked if I wanted them changed out. All paperwork said ( may need to changed out next maintenance ).
No!!! I drive on dusty dirt farm roads. It should have been done at this maintenance.

Efficient way to make appt....but given 20 min. intervals, and fairly early appt, being told it would take ~90 minutes for very basic service (15K miles), because there were many ahead of me......isn't that why you have appts every 20 minutes, to space it out and avoid long waits??? Turns out it only took ~40 minutes. And people were otherwise polite, the waiting area is comfortable and has amenities.

Horrible customer service, overcharged by way more than other businesses in the area, were pushy about trying to buy my car then gave an incredibly insulting offer. They also missed a wear spot on my brakes so extremely negligent and untrustworthy. No one I dealt with was helpful or polite.

Really liked being one of the first appointments on the day, so my service was nearly immediate. Liked the reminder of needing new tires, and sorry Modesto Toyota can't meet the price my local tire shop offers with a full replacement insurance policy, service across the country, and a discount for ex-military. But the tires recommended by Modesto Toyota are the ones finally bought.

Service was good, but the 8 hour wait time for a 10k mile service is pretty excessive. 8:20am appointment, took almost 3 hours before they even started, and I didn't leave until after 4pm. Don't even know why you make an appointment.
