We liked how conscientious the people were. The problem is not fixed. I called them to let them know but we've had 2 major storms so I was trapped for a week at my home until yesterday only to be able to get out to resupply for the new storm. I will bring it back when I can.

A week before this event occurred, our tires were rotated. The low pressure light had come on several times, although intermittently. Nothing was discovered at this time. This week, the low pressure light came on. When my husband checked the tires, a screw was showing in the front left tire. We immediately took the vehicle in for a check. The tire was repaired and we were satisfied.

My service tech was new but very conscientious. The two techs on either side of him were helpful. I'm a tough customer and have a Hendrick Lexus product. Their service dept. is a cut above most. Yours is good, could be better. Snacks and drinks limited. Popcorn was great at 0830.
