Scheduling was the only difficulty. The Service Department was so busy that my appointment was pushed out over a week from my initial call. The work performed was very good once my appointment arrived.

Everyone was really nice, but the wait was ridiculous. I had an early appointment and was there over 2 hours just for an oil change and tire rotation.

They left the oil filter loose enough on my one year old 4Runner with 10,000 miles that we found oil all in my engine area, covering the entire bottom of the vehicle, pooling in the skid plate and a huge spot in my driveway.

Had tires rotated. Was noticing one front hubcap didn't look like it was on right and sure enough it came off going down the road. Luckily I was able to get it. But looks like a piece is broken. Guess when they tried to put it on they broke it. This is the second time this has happened to me. First time I came home without one on. Had to go back. Guess will be going back again for this one. So check those hubcaps.

I sat in the lobby over an hour to get a battery for my truck. Finally they came out and told me they didn't have one to fit my vehicle. The lady beside me said she sat in the lobby over 3 hours to get her car serviced. She is going to drive back to her out of town dealer next time. The service dept needs some help. I will go other places to get service work done.

They are good at keeping the customer informed and up to date on the service progress. The last time my car was serviced it took less time than quoted. That's always good especially now that they are in the midst of construction. I wish they had the courteous service of transporting customers to the mall or downtown in Asheboro.

The waiting area was clean and inviting. A large TV and comfortable seating made the wait go by quickly. Complimentary coffee/tea was also available as well as vending machines for snacks. My oil and filter were changed and the fluids checked and topped off. The tires were checked for air and filled if needed.

I stated when I dropped my car off for service that tires were purchased at dealership so tire rotation would be no charge. At pick up, tire rotation was on my bill and I had to remind service tech that tire rotation is no charge. I had to wait for them to redo my bill.
