Sucked! I had to tear apart this truck to redo the timing after just 3 freaking months . And they knew it needed done and refused to help fix it. I've argued and argued with these people. They lost my second set of keys. And broke my windshield putting on an O2 sensor go gogure!

Do to a mistake on my last oil change my car was leaking oil. They got my car in right away and did a new oil change free of charge. I am sorry they made an error but I did appreciate the great customer service.

Didn't change the oil. "Inspection" doesn't include actually doing anything about what they found or communicating what they found. Spray painted over the rust.

I bought my truck drove it off the lot to find out that the truck was never served I was made to bring the truck with several things wrong like horn didn't work check engine light on ect.i had to bring it back 4 time before thay would get it fixed. I was told by sales man that that don't service there vehicles until you become a customer which is not right at all 4 time I had to drive 75 miles one way to get them to service my truck and it still hasn't been completed I had to pay for oil chance and Transmission change which is totally wrong I will never buy another vehicle from them again.

I bought the extended warranty when I purchased my pre-owned truck from MCM. At 73k I found a hub issue with the left front, and although it took the better part of 3 weeks to get in, they diagnosed the problem, and replaced the part THAT DAY. I really appreciated that, as I live more than 100 miles away, and couldn't be without my vehicle, had they not been able to do that. David, in the service department, was super helpful and friendly, and got the hub and a couple of other small issues completed a couple of hours later.

It took them an entire month to tell me what was wrong with my car, then took three weeks to replace the engine. They sold me the car in December, I drove it for a day before I had to take it in for overheating. I then drove it for two more days before I had to take it in. I didnt get it back until February, right before I had to get plates on it. Purchased 12-16-22 and then finally able to drive it for more than a couple days on 2-10-23. I do not recommend. The people are somewhat nice though.
