Well service was fast. I did not get a check sheet showing the brakes and everything else just ok. I do not know if I have been getting my points for the service. Had to ask about it. I hear I was to get a rebate on the service, never told about it. No form or who to send it to. Stupid to have service write-up guy handle money. No alingment check

Told us they would bring car into service garage on Friday to check items needing repair. Didn't bring into service garage until following Wednesday. Told us one repair would be fixed but wasn't. Gave us loaners of other customer's vehicle but because service took so long, had to come get it at our house and give us someone else's vehicle. Had to make sure we were home and available each time.

They sis service but never gave me a sheet with the inspection report like in the past. Don't do an alingment check like in the past. Do not know if I got my points for service. Price a tad high. Service guys should not be handling money. Charge you if you use a credit card.

When I initially brought my car in, I was disappointed in the service I received, and filled out the survey to reflect that. I got a call promptly from the manager of service and he apologized. I took the car back today and they treated me with respect and friendliness as well as putting the air in my tires.

Experience was terrible, this dealership has no interest in satisfying customers, they will play games, break promises and find every way to cheat and scam customers, they even will refuse to honor premium warranty. dealing with them was the worst experience.

Everything was fine until they didn't deliver my car as promised. I called because it was almost closing time and they had it all day, and they told me I was ready for me to pick up. I didn't have any transportation and advised them of their error and they finally did deliver my vehicle.
