He completed their requested service and made recommendations for what it's discovered during the inspection, I chose which ones I wanted to have done and everything was completed within an hour. Vehicle was scheduled for 7:30 appointment for oil change, rotate tires and 2 minor recalls. Checked at approximately 10:30 and hadn't started on it yet. Repairs were completed by about 12:45 and was told that oil change and tire rotation hadn't been done yet but then turned out they were done but nothing on the invoice indicating tires were rotated.

Working with Lisa in service was amazing, I thoroughly enjoyed her attention to my vehicle's problem. Even though parts are on back order due to the strike that was resolved not too long ago, nothing was done to my vehicle. But that is the price we pay for fair wages in this country. The parts will come in soon enough and I will know that I can trust her and the staff to get my vehicle to tip-top shape.

Great service department staff, one problem I have with Minot Chrysler is I took my 2021 Jeep in for one of their oil changes that came with my new Jeep purchase, I asked if they could give my Jeep a wash, answer was if we have time, well I did get a wash. When checking out at desk I was told there was a $5 charge for the wash. For new vehicle work why is there a charge for a wash?

I like getting my jeep serviced here because they are thorough. They fixed my tire because it got a screw stuck in it. While working on my seals they also noticed a sensor going out or had gone out. Fixed it without charge also gave me a rental to take home.
