I went to Scranton Auto off Davis St.. I was told my SUV needed about $4000 of work. They charged me about $300 and nothing was fixed. I went to M.S. and had the work done for $600. I will never go any where else. The staff is friendly, know what they are doing and honest !!

I had to make an emergency stop for service due to a tire problem while driving. The service department reassured me they would find the problem and looked at all my tires until they found what was wrong. They fixed the problem (a nail in my tire, which they removed and then plugged) and didn't charge me a fortune. I received fantastic service at a reasonable (and reassuring!) price.

They were correct when they said oil and filter change and a Pa. state inspection along with the Pa. emissions test would be about 1 (one) hour to complete. I will definitely recommend Minooka Subaru. Registration and maintenance were very helpful and friendly.

I didn't like the 2 hour wait for an inspection when I had a 9:30appointment, got there at 9:15 and my car was taken right in. I have always been very happy with the service department. This time was not so great. I had to ask about my car because I had an 11:30 appointment to get to.

Service was prompt and efficient. I was in and out in an hour after state inspection, oil change a d tire rotation. The young gentleman aft the desk was very polite and found my cell phone for and also showed me how to use some of the functions for routine maintenance. Needless to say after two service visits to Manooka Subaru I am more than pleased.

I was told by the dealership where I bought the car, that I needed front brakes. I took it to Minooka instead because their price was significantly lower. When they checked the brakes, they said I was still at 50% and didn't need them yet. Saving me more money!! Thanks for being honest. You will have my business from now on.

Great counter people in the service department, friendly. Very nice, spacious waiting room. Went there to use their express oil change service, took my car back immediately. Thing is it took 45 mins, but I would rather an extra few mins to make sure it is done correctly then for them to hurry and not tighten something. Will definitely use them again.

I usually do it myself every 3k but I was only 5 dollars more at the dealer I usually just buy the oil and filter there but for 5 bucks more a d a 5 dollar tip it was a lot easier to let them do it and they are the nicest people I have ever dealt with at a dealership manooka subaru

I had a problem with my windshield washers. I spoke to Russ and explained that I had limited availability for the repair. He told me to bring it in the following day. The work was satisfactorily completed in about one hour. I couldn't have been happier. Although there are Subaru dealers closer to me, I would not hesitate to use Minooka's service department again!

Windshield needed to be replaced. Was so nervous the there would be paint damage around the seam of the window or other damage. Fears based from past experience with a windshield replacement. My Subaru salesman calmed my fears. When I went to pick up the Outback, it was perfect. Thank you Minooka Subaru.
