I received a recommendation of using them from a relative. I had high hopes that this would be a great shop to take my diesel. Vw too. They are either understaffed or poorly managed. They also were not reliable as far as timeframe of repair. They also did not fix the concern. I had that caused me to bring it in.

I didn't like that I had to return three times to get the original problem with my audio amplifier fixed only to reveal that another problem was causing a problem. Now, I'm waiting again to fix that!

Great experience as usual with Milwaukee Motorwerks. Has a coolant leak and they did a pressure test and determined the expansion tank cap needed replacing. They only charged me for the part! They are knowledgeable German automobile technicians and a great alternative to my BMW dealer.

This place is free of all the annoying aspects of having your car cared for. Efficient and on time. Good communications. Pleasant, professional people. This is a really competent repair organization! They are a nice change from going to the MB dealership. They do excellent work and specialize servicing German automobiles. The extra is that their location is close to our home and it's a beautiful facility. Special "shoutout" to Brian Hinterberg for unwinding the fishing line or string he found wrapped around the axle.
