They were very friendly and prompt in finding the problem ~~ starter. They had to order the part. When it arrived, it took about an hour to install. The price seemed a little high, but my truck does not have that problem anymore. I would certainly use them again. The service writer was attentive to my problem, and Thurman is a good representative of Milstead.

We took our Travato van in for generator service as they are supposedly "Cummins Certified". Over a period of 3 months there were different issues with the generator that we were charged over $1,500 for the repairs. On two separate occasions, we had to bring the van back for emergency service due to technician error. The second time I requested to be reimbursed for 2 service hours due to the inconvenience and time lost at my work. They fixed the problems, but refused to reimburse me and only offered a free oil change. I requested to speak with the owner multiple times to share my experience and he refused to speak with me. This last time I watched the mechanic do the work and I seriously doubt he is the one who is actually "certified". I questioned the manager about this and got no response. They will bill you for every minute your vehicle is in the bay, but if there is a problem, they will not be accountable to their own mistakes. I recommend going elsewhere!
