I called to mention that my mother had an oil leak not too long after a valve cover gasket was replaced during a valve adjustment on her Honda Crv. I was told that I would get a call from a service advisor or service manager and nobody ever called me back for weeks. I had to call back again to finally get somebody to make me an appointment and get my mother in to get the oil leak fixed under warranty. disappointed that nobody ever called me back initially.
