The actual service, fix a stem and bead leak was 5 star. The person writing up the order was poor. She mixed up the VINs on my Mazda6 that I was trying to sell, and the Ridgeline that I had recently bought. This caused me a bunch of problems on listing and value of the Mazda that only had 50,000 miles. I like their service department and they are fair on their pricing. Just make sure they get the vehicle information correct.

Purchased new tires. Had them balanced and installed. Had to take the car back because the tires were out of balance. They stated 3 of the 4 were out of balance. They rebalanced them. Now they are still out of balance and will need to take them back again.

Initially told we would need to reschedule due to an issue with no air pressure for their lifts. After we said that would be really inconvenient, they offered to do it on the ground. Ultimately they figured out how to get the lift working on temp power from generators. Appreciated the creativity.
