I was in a pinch being 3 1/2 hours from home when I was having major engine issues. They squeezed me in and worked to get it repaired even though they lacked technicians and had other standing vehicle appointments. They had it for a week so that was not convenient, but that wasnt their fault. Betsy was great in keeping me up to date on what was going on with my truck. I was grateful they got the truck fixed. Thank you!!!!

Brought suv in after purchasing from another dealer. Took notes of everything I was concerned about and afew other things I was wanting done. Got me in and out in a reasonable time addressed everything that was discussed before I paid. Couldn't find out the exact location of weird noise that both the service manager and I heard but did a full scan to which didn't show any abnormal or concerning results. So we will let it ride for now. Would recommend to a friend and will bring my vehicle back again. Thanks gals and guys.

The reason I gave a 4 star rating is because I have a pending situation with the work that was done. The problem was fixed at least the check engine light wasn't on anymore but after driving the truck for 9 days and on my way back the light came on again. I took it to a dealership out here and they got a different code and from what I understand the reason for the light coming back on was because of a loose connection which might of been from the work done which cost me almost $300 to fix out of pocket. Still love the dealership
