I liked the friendliness and honesty of the staff. They always do a great job fixing my vehicle.
I didn't like that there was a diagnostic charge on top of the repairs. In the past, i thought that if you had the vehicle repaired then the diagnostic charge was waived.

Great experience. Quick communication and turn around. Didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. I asked for them to check my breaks since I needed my tires changed and wheels aligned, and they confirmed the breaks were still good to go. Trustworthy, upfront, courteous, and fast. Great experience getting my control arms replaced. The shop showed me where the old control arms had excessive play, explained how that was affecting the steering and tire wear, and gave me a clear estimate before starting the work. They replaced the worn parts, completed the alignment, and the car now drives much tighter and smoother with no more clunking or wandering. Communication was excellent, the pricing was fair, and I appreciated that they explained what needed to be done without trying to sell me unnecessary repairs. I would definitely recommend them
