10/10! My 2013 Ford Explorer XLT was a mess when I brought it in. I was getting wild diagnosises and prices from any of the shops close by. Keith is very knowledgeable and honest. He is thorough and explains his diagnosis without trying to upsell any unnecessary repairs. His prices are very fair and he kept me up to date. My truck is running like new! Local and reliable dealership quality - can't get any better then that!
