You deal with the people who actually work on cars instead of a desk person who just takes phone calls. They provide personalized service and thoroughly explain the work that needs to be done. They are knowledgeable and I felt comfortable that I was being treated well and not gouged for the work that was done.

We bought our tires for my '22 Pathfinder at Miller Motors a few months ago, and they were great. I had an oil change and tire rotation most recently, and the wait time (for the appointment) was short. The actual time to service the car was also very reasonable. I think I was there less than an hour. They're competitively priced, and don't try to over-sell service you don't actually need.

My husband called around to at least a dozen tire shops in our area, and Miller Motors had the best price, and a very honest mechanic. He checked the car's alignment and determined no action was needed. I very much appreciate his honesty. We'll definitely be going there from now on.

Fast and fair. Andy was willing to look up detailed tire specs on load ratings and other concerns. Miller Motors was priced equal or lower than Sam's Club or Discount Tire. I wouldn't have bought from the hoopla chain merchandisers anyway but I did want a price reference. I was happy to support a local ownership business. Paul Gorman
