I had the GM 'fitted' liners (expensive) installed in all three rows and cargo area. They were not installed as should have been. The ones installed on the back of the 3rd seat are not even. The notch area is even covered up by about 1/3. Not exactly happy with the installation that took 12 minutes and cost $165.00.

Had a 9.30 AM appointment to put 4 tires on my truck,and have a alingment done. I was told that it would take 3-4 hours,after calling to see when done was told it was just finishing .After calling to see when done. was told they were just finishing paper work. I finally got my truck at 5:50 PM. this was not done in a timely manner as it took over 8 hours to do after saying 3-4 hours. Work good,service poor.

This survey is some what confusing, because it seems to reference the 2012 Silverado I traded in rather than the 2024 High Country I purchased.

I was able to get an appointment within a couple days. The service dept checked with a different dealership where I bought an extended warrantee to be sure I got the benefits. The repair required a part that they had to order, but it arrived the next day and they got the work done. I only chose 4 stars because I would appreciate more communication on when the repair would be done. Otherwise the contact person was excellent and pleasant.
