Been a while since I purchased a new vehicle. I found Charlie Cady my salesman to be knowledgeable about the truck and very helpful regarding it's features. This survey is some what confusing, because it seems to reference the 2012 Silverado I traded in rather than the 2024 High Country I purchased.

I was able to get an appointment within a couple days. The service dept checked with a different dealership where I bought an extended warrantee to be sure I got the benefits. The repair required a part that they had to order, but it arrived the next day and they got the work done. I only chose 4 stars because I would appreciate more communication on when the repair would be done. Otherwise the contact person was excellent and pleasant.
