They lied to me about everything. The monthly rate & the upfront fees. They'll say anything, to just make a couple bucks off of you. The finance manager is a ripoff & con artist. He's the architect of the shadyness. He has no integrity & principles. Go there at your own risk.

These guys promised me a deal over the phone and via text. When I got in there they presented the papers with different terms (39 months instead of 36). They then had me pay the deposit and fill out the veterans rebate. I did that so the money would come to the dealership. They never refunded my card with the veteran rebate money. Im requesting an investigation within GM and contacting the Attorney General.

The maintenance staff seems overworked and underpaid. They returned my car with the check engine light on! This forced me to return the car for another appointment. They were supposed to order a part that needed replacing which would take 7 to 10 days to arrive. It has been 2 weeks and I have not heard from them. Absolutely no follow up. They also told me to ignore Carfax data and reminders - they said the service was inaccurate.
