Emergencies can be difficult if an appointment is not scheduled,good luck for me I had made an appointment days earlier, so I took the vehicle in and had to wait until that appointment. Something is wrong here.another thing from my last service appointment I check the computer and saw that my brakes front rt was only 18%,they should have checked that.somehow they didn't. The car is only 18 moths old.

I had a specific time appointment for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I should have been in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. Instead, I was there for over 2.5 hours. They do good work, but next time I will likely go somewhere local where I can get this type of service done much quicker. I would recommend this dealer if time is not an issue.

They then had me pay the deposit and fill out the veterans rebate. I did that so the money would come to the dealership. They never refunded my card with the veteran rebate money.
