The folks that Militos did an outstanding job for me. Im from Minnesota and hit a nasty pothole coming off Lakeshore Drive into Lincoln Park on a Sunday in my BMW 430i with my son. When I called Militos Monday morning they said bring it in; immediately got it up on a lift; and showed me that the strut assembly and right side front axle were damaged beyond repair. George the knowledgeable, fast and effective mechanic, and JJ the service wizard who found the parts, were able to get me on my way by later that same day! Our first worry was it might take a few days - just to find parts. Really remarkable that they found the parts and put me near the front of the line on a Monday as I had a 400 mile drive back to Minneapolis.
They were fair, responsive, gracious, and super helpful. Awesome. I will recommend Militos to anyone and everyone in Chicago or beyond. One of the best experiences Ive ever had working with a car repair. These guys are top notch. BMWs can be fussy but these guys know their stuff and were very reasonable too. (other lincoln park shops i called didnt even respond until Tuesday) Forever grateful in Minnesota! Dan
