The service team at Milford Nissan did a great job taking care of a small but important issue on my 2025 Sentra. They were able fix the issue the same day I called. Waited about 3 hours for the repair to be done, very reasonable considering the repair. Service waiting area was good with a nice coffee machine and television.

Overpriced. Not worth paying a clinician $1,000 in labor and all the necessary parts to replace parts. Staff was not communicative , barely provided any updates. What ended up being a 2 day repair became 3 and the time of completion was late on top of that the day I was supposed to pick up my vehicle.

It has been easy to obtain an appointment and the work is done in a timely manner and completed correctly without ever having to return with a problem or complaint. They explain in detail what services are to be performed on your vehicle. The service is performed in a timely manner and I have never experienced any upcharges at Milford Nissan. I highly recommend their service department!

I was able to get over to Milford Nissan-and have the service completed before my work day began, so as always great service- Got it done quickand didn't break the bank :). Who could ask for more?!
